Terms and Conditions

Ray sells software, cloud, API, and related media workflow products through this checkout. Ray One hardware may be shown for information, external hardware campaigns, or direct contact, but it is not sold through this buy-now checkout unless the checkout page explicitly lists it as a purchasable item.

• The product, license type, quantity, price, currency, and any delivery estimate shown at checkout form part of your order.
• Digital product access, API access, receipts, and customer notices are sent to the email address provided at checkout.
• Digital products may require compatible devices, supported operating systems, internet access for account activation, or other technical requirements described on the website.
• Hardware products, if offered later through this checkout, may be subject to manufacturing, shipping, import, tax, and customs timelines outside our direct control.

You are responsible for entering accurate contact, billing, and delivery information. We use this information to create the order, process payment, send receipts, and provide product or delivery updates.

An order is accepted only when we receive a successful payment confirmation from the applicable payment provider and our systems record the order as paid. If payment is cancelled, fails, times out, or cannot be verified, no paid order is created.

• Ray does not collect, process, transmit, or store raw card numbers, CVC codes, or full card credentials.
• Stripe Checkout payments are processed under TechSpecs Ltd; SimplePay payments are processed under TECHSPECS Kft..
• Each provider may show its own hosted payment method screen, wallet options, card form, authentication steps, customer notices, and error messages.
• Successful, failed, cancelled, and timed-out payments return to Ray with a post-transaction notice whenever the provider can complete the return process.
• The data-transfer declaration required for SimplePay payments is included in our Privacy Policy and must be accepted before starting a card checkout that may be routed to SimplePay.

Depending on the checkout configuration, Ray may also support crypto payments or other hosted payment methods. The available method at checkout may change by market, currency, test environment, production environment, fraud controls, or provider availability.

• Prices are shown at checkout before you submit the order.
• Card payments are currently configured for USD unless the checkout page states otherwise.
• You are responsible for any taxes, import fees, bank charges, currency conversion costs, or card issuer fees that apply to your purchase.
• If a displayed price contains an obvious technical or typographical error, we may cancel the order and refund any amount already paid.

After a successful payment confirmation, we may add or update your customer record in our email system and send a purchase confirmation, receipt, product access notice, or delivery update to the email address provided at checkout.

Keep a copy of your confirmation email and contact support if you do not receive one after a successful payment.

You may request cancellation before the applicable software license, API access, downloadable content, or other digital access is delivered. Approved cancellations are refunded to the original payment method where possible.

• Refund timing depends on the payment provider, card issuer, bank, and payment method.
• After digital access, license keys, downloadable content, or hardware shipment has been provided, refunds may be limited where permitted by law.
• Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights that apply in your country or region.

• Do not use Ray or the website for unlawful activity, fraud, infringement, spam, security abuse, or attempts to disrupt the service.
• Do not reverse engineer, resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit Ray except where a written plan or license expressly allows it.
• You are responsible for media, subtitles, translations, prompts, outputs, and other content you process with Ray.

Ray, the Ray brand, software, website, user interface, documentation, and related materials are owned by the applicable TechSpecs group entity or its licensors. You receive only the rights expressly granted by the applicable product plan, license, or written agreement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ray is provided without guarantees that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every workflow. We are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, lost data, payment provider outages, or third-party service failures except where liability cannot be excluded by law.

These Terms are interpreted with the merchant entity shown by the hosted checkout page or receipt for your payment route. SimplePay payment records are associated with TECHSPECS Kft.. Stripe Checkout payment records are associated with TechSpecs Ltd. This does not limit mandatory consumer protection rights that may apply where you live.
